Very interesting.

And, you've never tried 'sweetbreads'?....are they referring to the Mexican sweetbreads? (cause those are pretty awesome)....

Dulce de Leche is yum.
Prickly Pear is AMAZING.
Horse is salty.

If you ever come up here to visit me in Michigan...we can go to the Asian market and get a durian fruit....
